About Notary Public

Advokatfirman Bonde de Jounge / Notary Public assists with legalising documents (sometimes referred to as “notarisation”). Our office is located on street level at Herkulesgatan 12 (separate entrance), a stone’s throw from the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ legalisation department and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Take a look at the Notary Public page if you would like more information. 

Find us

We’re easy to get to by Stockholm metro and commuter train to T-Centralen metro station. Our opening hours are 09:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday. We don’t close for lunch.

Legal areas


As a Notary Public, we’ll help you to certify signatures, confirm that someone is authorised to perform certain actions, be present as a witness in certain cases, check lottery draws and issue apostilles, among other things.


We have extensive competence in assisting individuals and companies in drawing up agreements such as distribution agreements, agency agreements and co-operation agreements. 


We work with issues concerning asylum, residence permits and deportation, among other things. If you’re seeking asylum in Sweden, you generally have the right to a public counsel who can help you and look after your interests. You have the right to propose who you want to be your public counsel.


The firm offers family law advice for preventative purposes and as a representative when you find yourself in a family law dispute. We have extensive experience in dealing with sensitive situations and legal processes.
